To use a custom domain, create a CNAME record that points your subdomain (for example, faq.yourcompany.com) to your GlossaryPage domain (for example, abc.glossarypage.com), which can be found in the Company page in the dashboard. If your custom domain isn’t working and you’re using Cloudflare DNS, make sure the CNAME record is set to DNS Only (gray cloud) rather than Proxied (orange cloud). Also verify that the CNAME target is entered correctly, DNS changes have had time to propagate, and there are no conflicting A, AAAA, or CNAME records for the same subdomain.
