1 - Complete your content and branding

Before going live, make sure your site is complete and reflects your brand.

  • Add at least 5 glossary keywords so visitors have content to explore.
  • Customize your site’s branding and styling, including your logo, colors, and theme from the Company page in the dashboard.
  • Configure a call-to-action (CTA), such as Contact Sales or Book a Demo.
  • Add your company details, including your company name, website URL, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy links.

2 - Verify your site

Review your site to ensure everything works as expected before publishing.

  • Set up your custom domain and verify that it’s resolving correctly.
  • Preview your site and test search, links, and styling.
  • Test the site on both desktop and mobile.
  • Check for typos and incomplete content.
  • Confirm that any content you intended to keep unpublished is not visible.

3 - Publish your site

  • Click Publish Site in the Company page in the dashboard when you’re ready to make your GlossaryPage live.
