Customize your site’s branding and styling, including your logo, colors, and theme from the Company page in the dashboard. Configure a call-to-action (CTA), such as Contact Sales or Book a Demo. Add your company details, including your company name, website URL, Terms of Service, and Privacy Policy links. 2 - Verify your site Review your site to ensure everything works as expected before publishing. Set up your custom domain and verify that it’s resolving correctly. Preview your site and test search, links, and styling. Test the site on both desktop and mobile. Check for typos and incomplete content. Confirm that any content you intended to keep unpublished is not visible. 3 - Publish your site Click Publish Site in the Company page in the dashboard when you’re ready to make your GlossaryPage live.

How to publish your GlossaryPage site?

When you are ready to make your GlossaryPage site publicly available, you can publish it from the dashboard. Open the Company page in your GlossaryPage dashboard, enable the Public FAQ Site toggle. Your GlossaryPage will become live and accessible to visitors. You can continue updating your FAQs and settings after publishing.

How to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for your GlossaryPage account?

Accepted Answer

Two-factor authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security to your GlossaryPage account by requiring a verification code from an authenticator app in addition to your password when signing in. To enable 2FA, go to the Account page in your dashboard and select Enable Two-Factor Authentication. Follow the setup instructions to scan the QR code using an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Authy, or a similar app. If you prefer manual setup, you can enter the provided secret key directly into your authenticator app. After adding the account, enter the verification code generated by your authenticator app to confirm setup and activate 2FA. Once enabled, you will be required to enter a verification code after entering your username and password each time you log in. To disable 2FA, return to your Account settings and confirm your identity before removing two-factor protection.

How to turn off AI content generation for GlossaryPage?

In the Company page in the GlossaryPage dashboard, turn off the toggle for “Enable AI FAQ generation.” When that toggle is enabled, new FAQ drafts and FAQ regeneration use AI credits. When disabled, new keywords create manual FAQ drafts and AI regeneration is unavailable. This setting does not affect keyword suggestions.
