GlossaryPage includes a sticky FAQ feature that allows you to pin up to three FAQs to the top of the public FAQ index. You can make an FAQ sticky by enabling the checkbox on the FAQ edit page.

Sticky FAQs are displayed first, followed by all remaining FAQs in chronological order, with the newest created FAQs appearing first.

The order of your FAQs can impact SEO by influencing user engagement metrics like time on page and bounce rate. Well-ordered FAQs keep users on your site longer, signaling to search engines that your content is valuable. Additionally, placing keyword-rich questions prominently can help improve your page’s ranking for those specific terms.

It’s a good practice to review and update your FAQ order at least quarterly, or whenever there are significant changes to your product, services, or customer inquiries. Analyzing website analytics, customer support tickets, and user feedback will help you identify which questions are becoming more or less frequent, guiding your decisions.
